Genesis Chapter 8
What You Will Learn

Elohim remembers Noah and all the living creatures with him in the ark.
The fountains of the deep and the windows of the heavens are closed, and the rain is restrained.
The waters begin to recede, and the ark comes to rest on the mountains of Ararat.
The tops of the mountains become visible, and Noah sends out the raven.
The Power of the key dates, numbers, and actions, and the three-witness reading of the waters subsiding.

Genesis 8:1
But Elohim remembered Noah and all the beasts and all the livestock that were with him in the ark. And Elohim made a wind blow over the earth, and the waters subsided.

וַיִּזְכֹּר אֱלֹהִים אֶת־נֹחַ וְאֵת כָּל־הַחַיָּה וְאֶת־כָּל־הַבְּהֵמָה אֲשֶׁר אִתּוֹ בַּתֵּבָה וַיַּעֲבֵר אֱלֹהִים רוּחַ עַל־הָאָרֶץ וַיָּשֹׁכּוּ הַמָּיִם

English:
And it was said, “O earth, swallow your water, and O sky, withhold [your rain].” And the water subsided, and the matter was accomplished, and it [i.e., the ship] came to rest on [Mount] Judi. And it was said, “Away with the wrongdoing people.”

Then he sent forth a dove from him, to see if the waters had subsided from the face of the ground.
